Business Administration Officer
Full-time, Warragul-based position
We're seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and well-presented administration officer to join our growing business specialising in dairy farm robotics. We are open to all levels of experience, including school-leavers seeking a traineeship. 

The successful candidate will join a small, friendly team of office staff and be responsible for:

  • Fielding incoming calls and emails, responding or re-directing as required
  • General office management such as ordering and receiving stock, sending and receiving mail
  • ​Providing administrative support to Finance, Sales and Management, including assisting with invoicing and accounts payable, updating internal job systems, handling stock enquiries and managing general process improvements.

The successful applicant must have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Solid Microsoft Office experience and strong typing skills
