The Discovery Collector C2 is an automatic collecting solution that vacuums up manure and dirt on shed floors. It is powered by an energy-efficient 24V lithium battery, which recharges when the collector returns to its wireless charging and dumping station.

Greater driving capacity
Lely Discovery Collectors have been cleaning dairy floors around the world since 2005. In 2016, Lely launched the C1 model with a revolutionary new way of collecting manure via a vacuum pump, to better suit the cleaning of closed-floor sheds. Now, the new C2 model offers greater driving capacity and wireless charging. It drives around 60% and charges around 40% of the time, returning to its station after its route to unload manure, charge itself and refill its water tank. Water for a cleaner result and more grip
The Discovery Collector C2 can spray water from both the front and back of the machine, thinning-out manure for better intake and leaving a wet floor behind to help avoid new manure sticking. Water is stored in two bags in the manure tank. So as the manure tank gets filled, the volume of the water bags decreases, freeing up more space for manure. Its compact design means it can easily navigate between cows, under gates and around waiting areas. |
No obstacles and maximum flexibility
The Discovery Collector C2 navigates independently using built-in sensors. No cables, pulleys or raised passages are required, ensuring cows can move safely through the shed. Its routes and cleaning frequency can be easily tuned to match the daily rhythm of your farm and herd. So you can spend less time hosing out the shed while enjoying cleaner floors, cleaner cows and healthier hooves. |
